Tropical Montane Forests in a Warming World
This week, my former research group (AiroPlant) at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden, released a vídeo made for advertise and communicate this important research that has been ongoing for some year in Rwanda, together with the National University of Rwanda. In the video, the researchers Göran Wallin, Johan Uddling, Eric M. Dusenge, Brigitte Nyiridandi and an excellent team of students and assistants talk about what has been done so far in order to find more how the climate warming will affect Rwandan tropical forests.
Here we see how a video can better illustrate and communicate science!

Essa semana, o meu antigo grupo de pesquisa (AiroPlant), da Universidade de Gotemburgo, Suécia, lançou um vídeo mostrando e explicando o que está sendo feito nessa importante pesquisa em Rwanda. Em parceria com a Universidade Nacional de Rwanda, os pesquisadores Göran Wallin, Johan Uddling, Eric M. Dusenge, Brigitte Nyiridandi além de um excelente time de estudantes e assistentes, mostram o que já foi e o que está sendo feito para melhor descobrir como o aumento global da temperatura afetará as florestas tropicais do país.
