climate change is real - COP24

The COP24 is happening in Katowice (Poland) right now! It's again time to update all statistics and think what we have been doing to try to improve our sustainable living on our planet. Sadly, the statistics are not in the climate's favor. The way it's going, we will reach the maximum temperature increase predicted by IPCC much before than expected. This means that climate related problems and catastrophes will happen more often as the days passes. Climate change is real! Hundreds of thousands of studies and years of accumulated statistics show that. To deny climate change is to deny a better future for us and for the planet. The above photo shows one of many climate change study sites in northern Sweden. This particular one belongs to the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU).
A COP24 está acontecendo na cidade de Katowice (Polônia) agora mesmo! É hora de atualizar todas as estatísticas e refletir no que temos feito para tentar tornar nossa vida mais sustentável. Infelizmente, as estatísticas não são favoráveis ao clima. Do jeito que está indo, chegaremos ao aumento máximo de temperatura previsto pelo IPCC muito antes do esperado. Isso significa que os problemas e catástrofes relacionados ao clima acontecerão com mais frequência à medida que os dias passam. A mudança climática é real! Centenas de milhares de estudos e anos de estatísticas acumuladas mostram isso. Negar a mudança climática é negar um futuro melhor para nós e para o planeta.
